I used to give up chocolate for lent. So sat in the office on NYE 1990 having a bar of dairy crunch and thought to myself "Shall I see if I can do a year of no sweets or chocolates?"

Here I am in 2020 and not had any since. Ironically I weigh loads more so maybe I need to go back to naughty treats.

No not at all.

When I gave it up for lent any easter eggs initially made me poorly but I got over it. So would be back on the chocolate

To be honest even the smell of chocolate now can make me feel nauseous.

I do bizarrely crave a double decker about twice a year.
