I am bored with my pics. I really want to do some that I can be proud of or even just like!
What tips and secrets have you for taking a good pic?
We are spoilt with some great photos here on the forum and I'd like a couple.

I dont think mine are best but I enjoy taking them. I look for inspiration for some online like particular theme and then see what works for me.. what I can adapt to show my body well. I wish I had more time and space to play around with light and get better at it. |

All of mine are with my phone camera, a selfie stick or with a ring light
I just decide what I’m going to wear and take dozens of pics then chose a few good ones.

I honestly think putting the camera on selfie and then just record yourself doing sexy poses, having a bit of fun and stuff when you are in a sexy mood is a good way to do it, especially when you haven’t got another set of hands to help. Then just take the pics from the vid

Look at what others do? I don't really do that but if you see a pose you like you can try doing it your own way and seeing how that goes. I normally just do the video method Intrigued mention above. |

A whole new environment or place that you take pictures like outside or different rooms/houses, add an element of adventure to the whole thing

Try different angles. Do some from low down or from above. Take some outdoors or with different backgrounds or do some research and find what images you like and recreate them |

Just be careful about buying an old one with an audio port connection... most phones have changed, so if you want to get an older one at a cheaper price you will probably need to get an adapter for your phone |

Happy to help if you want to message. My techniques are pretty simple. Prop phone somewhere and either take umpteen selfies or a video I capture from. |

From the lady with possibly my favourite female bum pic - I really don't think you have anything to worry about Annabelle
Do know what you mean about being bored of current pics and wanting some new ones though, have been feeling the same myself, but short on ideas and time.
I find looking at other guys (with a similar body shape to me) pics for ideas can inspire me sometimes so maybe try that? It's amazing what you can achieve with a phone camera set on timer |

Best thing to do is just to take part in the forum photo challenges. You build up quite the portfolio and they force you to be creative.
I'd feel like quite an idiot if I just randomly took a pic of me pulling down my boxers with a claw hammer, but in the context of DIY photo challenge, it was fine. |

You don't need a timer if you have helping hands though...unless the hands are occupied with the helping
Even better than a timer though is voice activation - most Samsungs these days have it (expect other brands do too) - you just say "Smile" and it takes the pic
A cheap tripod always helps too - I bought one from Flying Tiger for a fiver - has those bendy legs you can use to connect it to the back of a chair etc and works really well |

monochrome are my favourite type of images. See if you phone settings has a wide angle lens setting for camera “ might be able to get an app”.
this should Hopefully add a blurred background To your images ( Bokhem ) enhancing the main subject. |

I use my DSLR with a 50mm lens and some editing software (lightroom) for mine. It can be a pain trying to use the timer and do selfies with it, though. I'd do much better with a subject to focus on. Post-lockdown volunteer to help you capture some nice arty shots... 'coz I'm nice and selfless like that. |
