Yeah I'd like to sit in a park or beer garden with a coffee or something and just chat away. but until social distancing measures allow for normal interactions then it's unlikely I'll see my real friends for a while as we don't live nearby. |

it's no substitute. I had two zoom chats and I could see a couple of people thinking of excuses to leave. Dinner at ten pm? Yeah right. I blamed the dodgy WiFi for wanting to leave. A new app has been suggested for watching content together at same time. But if I was watching a film surely I'd just wanna watch the film, not watch the film then watch people talk on video chat. These things like drive through concerts... Listening to performances in your car on the radio, not for me. Cinema is probably something which is still unaffected which I could go and enjoy. |
