Would you meet someone without seeing a face pic first?
I have met guys who don't send face pics, as they need discretion, this is particularly common on chat apps and sometimes on this site. I am happy to meet them, but I wonder how other people feel about it? |

Awkward. And I dont think so. They would have to be something out of the world to convince me otherwise and I would always wonder whether they hide something not particularly pleasant whether to do with their features or life.
Unless it was a group social. Then who cares. You just bump into mostly strangers and welcome to say hello to anyone. |

Not a chance!!!!!
Someone who doesn’t want to show their face has something to hide. I’m not wanting any drama. We all have a life off of fab and seek ‘discretion’ to some degree. I don’t have face pics on my profile but I always share when chatting. |

Yup, we arranged a GB through a guy on here who does them and didn't see any of the guys until we arrived. When meeting guys its the scenario that does it for us not what they look like. For couples we like to see a pic but only because we'll be socialising with them before play. As long as they are in reasonable shape what they look like is irrelevant because its more the scenario than looks. |

Sheila and I met a guy without seeing face pic first, it was a social but jeez he did not look his age stated on the profile and everything about physically was him was a huge turn off for her when she saw him approaching us.
Nice guy to talk to but I'm pretty sure his age was 10yrs older than on the profile and had never really trained at all like he claimed he does daily  |

Depends. Some people show a partial face and you get a good idea what they look like. Of half their face is hot it's unlikely the rest of it is going to be terrible.
Plus it's the connection sometimes rather than the looks. |

No way, when they say "Oh but I'm good looking you won't be disappointed".
I probably will be so why would I let someone who I literally have no idea what they look like come over?

Yes I will meet without a face pic, but would need a whole body shot to ensure I am getting a person of interest. I always send a full body including my Face to the person I am Meeting and usually a close up face and if that hasn't frightened them away I happily meet. only had one encounter when I left a meet and that was of course face stubble....... well she should have shaved.....

I get the privacy of face pics which is fine, but without I'd need to have chatted on cam to see them, even if only for a short time.
Likewise I wouldn't expect to meet anyone if they didn't ask for a face pic from me. They might be genuine but I'd think it was a wind up. |

Absolutely, I would. And do, at times.
I've found that quite a few men are willing to, too (I don't have pics up, but am willing to send mine, when asked, at the right time).
I don't find that chemistry and appearance always to hand in hand.
If he doesn't engage my mind and make me laugh, we won't be meeting anyway, no matter what he looks like.

Had this with a couple on here. They wanted to meet me and we had a potential time/date arranged. I said are you going to send any face pics across before. They insisted that they had ‘nothing to prove’ because of their verifications so wouldn’t sent one.
What a deluded mind set! |

I have once. It was in a public venue, and I think we're all mature enough to mention if there wasn't any attraction? The worst that can happen is that you have a chat and realise there's no chemistry? Besides you can warm to people and pictures are a little deceiving?
Would I go to someone's private residence or hotel room without a face pic? Probably not as that's a little more awkward. |

Same for us, in our opinion, a picture really gives no indication as to whether the person will prove to be attractive in the flesh. |

I tend to meet someone in public anyway. How are you going to recognise someone in a busy place if you haven't seen each other's faces? Ask them to whip their genitals out so you can compare them to their photos on fab? |

When I was looking to date 20 odd years ago I did with varying degrees of success - for a meet off here I wouldn't, although there are people who I went on to meet whose face I didn't see until some time after we'd been chatting and formed a connection and chemistry with each other. |

Gosh, I wonder how people found each other before camera phones?
We've never had an issue with finding people, they describe where they're sitting and what they're wearing. |

I'd be brave enough to meet for a social with a blind date kind of feel. It's much better to know what the other person looks like though so that you know there is attraction and dont waste each others time. Still, I've been on blind dates before in the past and even though there was no attraction I still had a fun time  |
