Learning is a daily part of my work but I won't bore anyone with that.
On a personal level, I've recently learnt to explain myself clearly when I'm upset instead of being self destructive.
What have you learnt nip? You always wonder and contemplate the world around you |

To love myself 
Seeing the beauty in my changing body and respecting it so much more by giving it the proper fuel and movement. And loving the shapes and curves of my flab lol. Getting undressed is like a spiritual experience lately, I'm loving being naked for once in my life! Pity I'm not allowed to share my nakedness with anyone just yet  |

It kind of backs up the studies done years ago, that grass feels electrical stimulus and let's the blades of grass know. I think plants are as diverse as us, maybe in different ways to mammals. Haven't done all my reading yet but I'm fascinated |
