Lost 6LB. Will be fun putting it on again. Too busy working at the moment but can not afford to lose any more.

Had a full medical yesterday, apparently I'm up 5kg (3/4 of a stone) to 61kg and I have also grown an inch in height.

I'm the same as before lock down.

We both hate queuing so if Tesco don't deliver it we don't eat it .

Given how ill I've been, surprisingly little. I'm in awful shape, but, shit happens.

I'm not going to stand on them

I'm doing tons of exercise but you can't out exercise a bad diet

I did a 20 mile bike ride today and a fair bit of walking but had KFC for lunch

It was DISGUSTING

.

Put on a few lbs. Nowhere near as much as I feel like I have; I ordered a cute shirt dress in the size I see myself as being and much to the amusement of a partner it absolutely swamped me. My aim is to get back to my VA weight in the next couple of weeks and I know that I can.

Nothing. I still got my 6pack because I track my calories. I am in a slight deficit as I am doing summer schredding

Not put any weight on, but I’m stressed at the minute so I’m eating more, so time will tell...

Yes. I've bounced back hard in the last week or so, much more normal tired than (Covid fatigue is horrendous and unlike anything I've ever experienced. Being normal exhausted is a luxury right now). I've lost a lot of muscle mass and stamina, but just taking it day by day.

I wouldn't wish this "very mild" version of this on my worst enemy.

I think a lot of people fail to understand how horrible it is.

Lost a stone and a half. But I started a new job just before we went into lockdown and have continued to work throughout.

There's an image of the outgoing lung of a 20 year old who needed a transplant. If it's that or an older chain smoker's lung, I'll take the chain smoker's lung.

The language has been misleading. They say 80% of cases are mild under a certain age. Mild means you don't need hospital, so asymptomatic through to way worse than my last two months of hell. I bang on about it in hopes more people will understand. 34, fit and well, no relevant underlying conditions (fyi autoimmune thyroid disease doesn't seem to be relevant to this - might help you specifically)

"Shamed to say me 15lb Mark 11lb gain. Were missing Slimming World group .. "

I'm missing SW. I don't have scales at home but I've most certainly gone out of target. Had to pretty much shoe horn myself into my jeans yesterday lol. Back on plan now though. At least we know it works. It will soon come off.

14lb isn't bad at all over 3 months. I gained 10lb just over Xmas week x

Didsbury

Not just lockdown but whole of 2020 has been terrible had two holiday's one in Feb and one in March where I completely pigged out, that along with snacking and no exercise for the first part of lockdown it's not been very good for me. Got a telling off from my doctor 6 weeks ago which gave me the kick in arse needed. Now back to my normal way of eating and exercising so 5.8kg back off so far.

My Own Little World

Braved the scales this morning.

1lb gained since Feb, so happy with that, but my fitness levels have plummeted. Before long I will be gasping like a fish just climbing the stairs

I'm the same weight but I'm missing the gym so I suspect I've gained some body fat but it's just been ofset by lost muscle mass
