"In all seriousness, I love sailing a Stiffkey Cockle up on the north Norfolk sea. "
Sadly I’m not in Norfolk, but I am in east london on my narrow boat |

When I lived in Perth Australia i used to hire a boat with friends and cruise over to Rottnest island for the weekend.
It's a couple of miles across and in the springtime (late October) we'd see Humpback and occasionally Blue whales.
My claim to fame however is that I welded the narrow boat from the 90's children's tv program Rosey and Jim.
The boat was called the Ragdoll and before anyone asks theres a £10 charge for autographs haha |

"Not on you guys level of boating but I do enjoy messing about in kayaks, windsurfers and topper dinghies
Thinking of joining a club again"
That's serious sailing
I dinghies cat, wind surf and kite surf
I also have comp crew qualification working on day skipper
I love all boats with sails
However with no derision ment
Its suggested a dinghy sailer can transition to fixed keel large boat more deftly than a keel boater to dinghy
My point being big boat sailing is NOT a higher level
Truth be told wind surfing imo is the hardest, kite surf is easier even if the most dangerous
Anyway I intend to sail the west coast of the UK when I'm older . Too young atm |

Was due to start taking sailing lessons over the summer. I’ve decide I want to spend my retirement sailing around the Med. Hopefully I’ll pick them up next year |

Never to young and who knows if any of us will get older.
Don't put stuff off as you might not get to do it |

Ha ha thanks . I dont put stuff off per se I prioritise whilst I'm still fit and agile
Thus I mountaineer , kite surf, mountain bike ski tour and do things "on the list" that need an active body
As said body becomes less comfortable doing then I shall move onto the next list xxxx |
