Bob Dylan, David Bowie and Bruce Springsteen - tell me one of your favourite or indeed a lesser known track of each theirs that I should listen to?
If you don’t like at least one of them then tell me your favourite Ed Sheeran, Steps, or Disney song? |

Brilliant... Bowie was just so cool at all times.. Not a massive fan of Springsteen or Dylan but they were both brilliant song writers..
Bowie - sorrow... Or fame... Or young Americans... Or under pressure... Or...
Dylan - I shall be released (though preferred the trb version) or all along the watch tower.. Though preferred Mr Hendrix version
Springsteen - probably born to run

There and to the left a bit |
Oh and because I *have* to get Madness in somewhere..did you know Bowie stole the drum sequencing for Ashes To Ashes from My Girl? Listen to them both back to back and it's obvious once you know.
Apparently he spent ages looking for a drummer that could recreate them - Woody, Madness' drummer said he'd have done it for free if only Bowie had asked |

Romance in Durango - Dylan (Emylou backing)
Five Years - Bowie
We take care of our own- Bruce
If you can on YouTube, watch the Musicares tribute to Springsteen- some great acts doing his songs. Then, the best acceptance speech ever. |

Dylan - Blowing in the wind

Springsteen - Born to run, Thunder Road, Fire, Tougher than the rest, The River and for a good ol’ smooch Drive All Night ( no not the around Orbison song), I’m rather partial to The Boss |
