I just passed a recovery vehicle on the motorway on the way home and the driver was crying and shouting uncontollably!....I though to myself 'That mans heading for a breakdown'!

More serious note, it does make me wonder how many people are not in a fit state to drive when they are upset.... Scary, eh?

Very scary indeed, only takes someone in a bad frame of mind, upset, pissed off etc, to cause carnage.
