Have you ever come across a thing called Prager U? It's a non-profit American video creator funded by American religious right-wingers, suggesting it educates people like a university (hence the U).
I just saw this video today and it's so truly awful that I thought I'd share it for your viewing pleasure.
This is their argument in favour of marriage. It has has 29,000 thumbs down. It has 14,000 comments and I literally can't find a single positive one.
Would anybody get married based on this advice?

Yes. Because you take every bit of advice with a pinch of salt.
At the end of the day their opinions are skewed on their personal experience.
Whilst i have no doubt some marriages are shit, there are also a lot of good, long standing marriages.
Only those aren’t as much fun to relay, anecdotally, over a dinner table. I guess. |
