1. Take magnesium - naturally if possible ( check foods like nuts n fish 0
2. A daily walk
3. Drink water not booze
4. Eat 6 times a day ( 3 small meals mostly veg and protien a little carb and three small snacks like peanut butter on ryvita - tiny bit )
5. Don't eat sugar - eat whole grains and fruit
6. Drink one coffee during the day
7. Take a short nap
8. Reduce stress - don't get angry
9. Never skip brekky
10. If this fails get your thyroid checked ( blood test )
