I was walking passed a woman today and her perfume was amazing, really stopped me in my tracks. If a guy genuinely asked a woman what perfume she was wearing would she think it was a line? Be flattered and give the brand, or walk on ?

What would you do?

I don't have a problem with saying what perfume I have on. I love it and it's great if someone else likes it, too.

I have asked a couple of times before and had positive responses.

I think as long as you genuinely want to know and aren’t using it as a line.

Women seem to have a sixth sense about these kind of things.

I wouldn't mind being asked and would tell them. Though someone asked me at work the other day and I wasn't wearing any!

I would share

No difference to someone complimenting some clothing or asking you where you got your hair done.

You would probably make her day

I have been asked before by complete strangers and I found it very flattering, shared and then smiled for a good while after...except that one guy I caught sniffing my hair in a lift - there is a line... L xx

It's happened to me a couple of times and it was lovely! I also once had a man come up and say he just wanted to tell me the thought I looked beautiful, then off he went. That totally made my day
