He finds her sexy in his own words so it's not totally unwelcome attention. I'm not sure whether he is seeking advice regarding his professional situation or whether to engage with the advances either. But going down the sexual harassment route seems a bit manipulative to me as it doesn't seem to be the case. Then again, without all the facts it is difficult to advise anything. Sensible thing would be to simply avoid any complications in the workplace as if it all gets messy it could get uncomfortable.

You were the latest in the line. There is no evidence to say that she is coming on to him and that it is any more than him wishful thinking. Yet ‘go tell HR’ has been said without any hesitation. If he listens and does it, her career could be ruined based on the word of random people on a sex site with no info.
People need to think before giving ‘advice’ |
