I love this post.
I don't have any wishes for myself as life is pretty good.
I wish a certain best friend of mine feels a little bit better and my cake cheers her up.
I wish the world didn't have to fight racism and racism didn't exist anymore. |

myself - to stop focusing on negatives sadness and stress, and realise how lucky i actually am.
my friend - that she will finally relish in her freedom, and regain the person she once was.
the world - for people to love a little bit harder, and fight a little less.
there's enough negativity in life already.

I did make some, even before I read your reply, I promise.... 
Culture invented wishes too I guess - maybe they're hopeless dreams to keep us subservient and ensure our noses remain close to the grindstone, but for me I reckon they give a person focus and hope and consideration for others.... |

Lovely! What works for you is the most potent. In all cultures we wish, pray, meditate, drum and dance, secretly hope, focus and shout. In some corner of the universe or even just in our own psyche our wishes may be heard it even granted! |
