I use "Private Internet Access" as a VPN.
It's pretty cheap for a year.
Other than a small amount of fiddling with for specific apps if you need to, it's basically install and forget.
Haven't seen anything in terms of loss of speed. Latency is around 80ms. |

You can't Google then, but you can use them, it can be a pain sometimes to get them working but they can't block all use of vpns, a lot of people use vpns for work. |
