But movements like free the nipple have sought to desexualise female nipples and actually help with the stigma associated with breastfeeding. You can’t have that and then still get angry about women flashing them for other reasons too. I agree there’s a level of appropriateness, but in the same way that in a nice restaurant I wouldn’t expect a man to be sat there topless. But comparing it to flashing a penis to me is a false equivalency. |

I'm pretty sure the OP meant this in a light-hearted way. There are soooooo many photos on this website of people public flashing in parks etc - not really my thing personally, but so long as it's cheeky, quick and only the intended viewer sees, it's not too bad surely? Certainly no reason to blame her for the entire breast feeding issue lol |

Like I said, I’m not saying I agree with the sexual gratification part but the more people attach a stigma to women’s breasts the further you get from being able to breastfeed in public securely. And tbh I would put money on most of the above having had some sort of sexual experience in a public area at some point, whether someone saw you or not you’re running the risk of someone not consenting. |
