When I sat down by myself after a long day with exhausting family mind games,
poured a glass of wine, put PJ's on, fan on and realised that no one can control me! |

I enjoyed afternoon tea (yesterday and) today with my besties I’ve not had much chance to catch up with during lockdown. It was so nice to spend time with them again, We had such a laugh..... They mean a lot to me and we support each other through thick and thin |

Tough call.
I'm torn between a nice shower after a sweaty day in front of a computer, and lying in bed now feeding myself like I'm some kind of Roman emperor. |

I'm not a huge fan of eating late. It doesn't give me gut rot but it makes me uncomfortable in bed and I've had enough trouble sleeping lately |
