It’s a phrase thrown around all too often but there is so much meaning to it especially for Men. We all know women are just better at opening up.
Please just everyone who reads this if you’re not good you don’t have to be alone. Go to a friend, get help, speak. Open up and fuck toxic masculinity.
Do not go it alone, it’s ok to not be ok. |

Spot on too, but sooooooool many people, especially men, tend to block it, let it fester, and it’s multiplied tenfold, and it’s all usually something trivial but they’ve overthought it for so long, it seems to be a lot more serious than it really is.

Hard to put it into words, right? Just some intangible sense in your forehead that wants to speak but the words just don't leave your mouth.
For anyone reading this going through a hard time - I'm not surprised you feel so down considering how life's been at you of late. You're OK, though - even though you don't feel it right now. You are fundamentally good if only because you might recognise that you don't want to feel like you do.
As OP says - find a friend - there are plenty of you reach out. Even complete strangers on the end of a phone. You'll find love in your life to get to the next day and the next and the one after that and soon you'll be looking back at the dark cloud behind you.

https://www.samaritans.org/ I don’t know if I’m ever allowed to post this but the Samaritans are fantastic. I’ve a few friends who have helped so many people during times like this.
I’m fortunate, I’ve genuinely got an incredible group of friends but I know not everyone does but remember there are always people there to talk to you. |
