Ahh but you are Leeds. You always seem to find a way to grab failure from the jaws of victory.
For what it’s worth I’m hoping Leeds come back up. It’s a great away day |

The gentrified experience of following the amazing West Ham Super Premier League shit show has caused a lot of supporters to feel detached now. The opposition chants of 'you're not West Ham anymore' rings so true to us that we wouldn't even reply as we are in agreement. |

"Mine is Arsenal (louisea)
Danny is spurs
Bet that's a rough Derby day then!!
Mostly it would be me happy but not now as spurs are doing better "
It’s not too bad on that front, I’m Arsenal it’s our worst team in living memory and the Spuds best team since 1960, and they still are only arguably a tad better than us, and still trophyless! |

It’s Liverpool (forced upon child when young) Aberdeen (because of his grandad) and Plymouth Argyle (went to a match with his uncle & hooked) here. It’s been an interesting couple of weeks!! Just glad he can buy his own shirts now |

"West ham season ticket holder
Unfortunately " New kit looks kinda nice though. Looks more or less like the final Boleyn season shirt which looked amazing, but with an odder sleeve to chest ratio. The claret looks like a tank top. Bit uninspiring but this is West Ham. |

Wrexham fc..
With a soft spot for chelsea fc"
Reason for soft spot for Chelsea
First cup final watched with old man was spurs Chelsea 67.
Old man asked who did I want to win...spurs in white or chelsea in blue
Well blue was my favourite colour
Chose chelsea..they lost but stayed with them and they were always my fab div 1 team thereafter |

My favourite team could be about to disappear any day now...I'm a Bury FC fan have been since a very young boy barely missed a home or away game in 26 years, it could all be officially over as early as today. |

Feel for you bud. I remember the dark days of the mid 80s when Wolves nearly went. I hope it gets sorted.
Covid 19 is having a massive impact on the game particularly the lower leagues. I think we’ll be seeing a few clubs disappearing over the next year or so. |

"West Ham...although as someone said, it's currently debatable whether that means I'm actually a football fan "
I never understand West Ham. Always seem to have good players but struggle like fuck. Bizarre.
That new ground you play in doesn’t help. Completely soulless. I remember going to Upton Park as a kid. It was a great stadium and very intimidating. It’s not just the hammers though. Man City had the best stadium in the country in the 90s in my opinion. The Kippax stand was something else. |

I been banging on about footy banter all last week and nobody told me there was an actual Football thread to do that in
Life long Man Utd fan here! Even though we had a temporary blip last night with a late goal ending in a draw... the Red Devils are going to finish strong and confirm our place in the CL next season.
Yeah look at me now |

Ooh I’d missed this too. I’m a Liverpool fan and obviously feeling pretty good about our accomplishments over the last couple of seasons. Next season will no doubt be much more competitive and I look forward to the old rivalries being reignited, both in the PL and CL.particularly. It will be good to get into the next season, quickly after the strange end to this season, hopefully with the drama and hiatus of the Covid period we’ll and truly behind us. I look forward to the banter as the new season unfolds. #YNWA |

"The name says it and it will never change .... Tottenham until I die "
I remember the good old days when we used to have real genuine footy banter without the hooligan rif raf coming in spoiling it for the rest of us. Trying to manipulate my thoughts by taking advantage of my good nature. I am man enough to admit my head was being fucked with. Not the usual fucking I like to do, but we are in a pandemic so people like to mess around with viruses!
Not cool and not my thing
I have deep connections with Tottenham having worked their years ago so I wish them well for next season |

"Let’s hope the Canaries can do us a favour and keep the race for Europe interesting. "
Norwich have been relegated already, but can cause an upset. They will also be doing us a favour if that happened. Wolves have had a great season so far. Let's see where the chips fall and what the final table will look like. Not long left now for the season finale |

I’m gutted that we were relegated at the weekend (Canary here) but I’m still going to watch us play Chelsea tonight. I wonder if we will play like we did against City, now that the pressure is off.
Happy for Wycombe last night (currently where I live). Hopefully I’ll get over to see Norwich play them in the championship at Adams Park next season! |

That is cool because definitely Leicester are not ready for CL. I was thinking that during the game. Just don't have the players for that level. Like many fans all over the UK I enjoyed watching Leicester from when they won the League. That season was amazing |

Season was a write off for many teams. Long before lockdown, but finishing in a strong position will boost confidence for next season. Arsenal have a good history and know how to win. I am sure they will be challenging for CL positions again. Xx |
