Do veri’s put you off someone

Musing yet again.
So you are contacted by someone or a couple and all seems well with the message, then you check their veri’s. So does what you read put you off continuing contact with them?
I must admit to rejecting people because of veri’s.
Something on the lines of ‘he made me squirt like a garden hose’ was certainly off putting.

I dont understand the point of written verifications. Who on earth wants to know how when why and for how long they fucked the last meet?
I check box of, yes I met this person, yes I reccomend, would be plenty enough. |

I no longer pay much attention to, nor care for veris. My decision to meet someone will be based on my interaction with them and resulting interest (or lack of) from said interaction. If the person seems polite, mature, fun and I feel we'd click in person, that's enough for me. The rest is just background noise as far as i'm concerned. |

I might read them out of interest but they wouldn’t influence me; no-one is going to display a negative one, so it’s only going to be written backslapping exercise.
Not a criticism, but don’t get why people get so hung up on the content. So what if it is very explicit and in detail? What bearing is that going to have on any potential meet you have? |

Yes it does put me off if they proudly display veris from someone I know is a complete cunt. I take that as them being a pretty shocking judge of character or someone who will overlook ugly traits and that's enough for me to walk on by. |

My decision to meet someone is based on that individual and my interactions with them not what others have thought or experienced. If I’ve enjoyed talking/messaging etc then why would I checkout their past performances? I wouldn’t do it to meeting someone under different circumstances.

If they have more than just a few showing it puts me right off and I won't meet them.

We have a fair few and a lot are social and people we’ve met several times , if anyone was to write anything too graphic about us then I wouldn’t show them ! We’re keen to know if people are decent and respectful not off they’re heavy cummmers or have a massive dick ! |

This is how I prefer them aswell. I look at verifications to find out about someone's personality. We can all fuck so why do you need to display 12 verifications telling us that? |

I tend to leave not so sexual and humourous veri's for others.
I know from my own mixture of interactions each is very different, you can't judge someone by what they did with another person to suit THAT person's needs.
What I do take from veris is a look at who they're from. If they're all very different in body type to me I'll likely pass them by. |

I kind of just use them to check that they are who they say they are, that they won't murder me and that they will actually turn up.
Rather than actually reading the Shag advisor review and thinking if I will or won't meet them. |

I don't cast judgement on volume; the vast majority of my veris are from socials and any social butterfly will collect a lot over time.
I don't particularly want to read graphic details, much like I'm not into graphic pics. I appreciate, some like it.
If there's an indication of drama, or my hard limits, then I'll back off. Other than that, I care not for what is said, or by whom. Some don't display any veris, so I don't see how you can make distinctions. It's not usual to have a running history of someone's sexual encounters on public view afterall. |

Agree. Also if the veri is all about the person who verified them and how fabulous they were, how they made them squirt, how if they will come and beat them up if they don't treat the person right, all makes them look a bit of a knob. Bad judge of character can say alot about a person, but then again i've been around to know that alot of veris are utter BS. |

I tend not too pay much attention. Ive never read one that says the recipient is ‘horrible, unclean, or disrespectful’ and so on, so I don’t think they really amount to much other than, perhaps, they’re genuine and actually meet. |

When I read veris that are way OTT and then you read the veris they sent to others and they are exactly the same lol. Just words in my eyes. Oh and the "he/shes mine" . |

Veris are just for amusing reading
for me, quantity and quality wouldn't affect us having a conversation, once I've found out what I want to then I will make a decision on whether to meet them or not.

I maybe shouldn't admit this but I'm slightly a stalker about it too. If someone's telling me one thing but their veri's are telling me another-it's what I look for.
I don't care that someone is amazing in bed.... it's about mine and their connection and that could flop compared to others.
I also hate.... 'don't pass on this guy'... Jesus... he isn't a used car and you're not saleswoman of the year.
I must admit.... someone with LOTS of personal veri's may put me off.... ^ill go hang my head in shame at being judgey^ |

I'm such a rubbish swinger! I get really put off by reading about previous sexual conquests in detail, it's not really through insecurity, more just that it makes my experience with a person less intimate, personal and special. The only veris I leave are hilarious personal thank you's and always non-sexual, or at least nobody would guess they were....  |

Veris can put me off. Often it's because they confirm I'm clearly not their type.. Sometimes it's because of things that are written.
Lots of things put me off though. It's amazing I've ever met anyone. |

If I’m looking to or intending to meet someone I will have a quick read through their Veris if displayed. Some treat them as a badge of honour in which case they’re not for me. As others have commented, I don’t see the need to include graphic details 
Most of mine are social meetings at MLS
