Does anyone use Audible, is it worth the money, think it’s £7.99 a month, or are there other better ways to listening to audiobooks ?

I don’t have a membership just purchase audiobooks that I want to listen. However, if you are planning to use it fairly regularly , membership might be a cheaper option

It’s one of the best apps I’ve downloaded. Totally worth the £7.99!!!!!

I use it all the time. I don't begrudge the £7.99 at all. I got a deal on credits one time too and got all the Harry Potter's read by Stephen Fry for about £30. They're usually £150...

I use it loads. Found that the monthly charge is well worth it. Easy to pick up and drop the subscription too.

If you like Sherlock Holmes you can get the entire series, narrated by Stephen Fry, for one credit. Incredible value.

I think it's worth it, you earn credits and they often do bundle deals so can get bargains.

I got it and immediately for all of the Harry Potter books, amazing!

Downloaded a couple other ones, but need to find a new series to get into

I tried but I didn't use it enough to justify it

There are loads of good audio books on YouTube or I use the app pocket

Which I save long form storie and articles to, and have it read them to me via (text to speach)

Its definitely not better but it is more flexible

I think it's worth it. I actually have the Audible app on my Kindle and my Fire tablet because the Kindle needs connecting to a Bluetooth device and doesn't have a Sleep setting on it but it's useful with my Bluetooth headphones when I'm out. First world problems.
