When I want to sunbathe topless or naked I put things up so that people can't see. Not everyone is accepting of nudity and it's probably better to make sure people can't see.
If our neighbours who can't resist hanging over the fence when they think we're not about cop an eyeful that's their problem however. |

And given this is a nice "soft" target (see what I did there?) plod may rather tell a bloke to cover up than getting their hands dirty with other criminal activity..
Though images of wpc shaven quim getting her uniform off as she tries to arrest someone for being naked without due care and attention spring to mind |
