In the 1970's, when digital watches were first introduced, I thought that would be the end for the analogue watch industry but nearly 50 years later they are still around and if anything they still outsell digital watches. |

They did a "Futuristic" Tomorrows world that predicted by 2000, the leisure industry would be massive as people would be working much shorter hours etc. If only that were true. If anything, people work longer hours with less chance of a decent pension. |
