Went out for an early morning cycle but now sitting at my desk at home in work mode.
Got to collect my car from its service later on and shall use that as an excuse for a 45 min walk in the sun |

Visiting lots of people, changing adult nappies, cleaning up vom, poop and pee.
Using public transport in a mask whilst the rest of the bus ignores the announcements about masks.
And staying washed and cleaned and anti bac'd as best as possible.
