That sounds really good but one thing I've noticed being single now compared to 15 years ago is that I need to plan what I eat. I couldn't have pizza, it would sit too heavy on me to enjoy sex

For me it's not a "one size fits all" thing - different things will be more or less enjoyable with different people.

Start on a Friday night and end on a Sunday late afternoon.
