It definitely isn’t ... I used to have a massive crush on him, I was a big fan, bought all his cookbooks etc until I served him at work once. Quite stuck up and arrogant- not in a good way. Meh. Gone off him since then.

There was a very good BBC podcast a few years ago, they interviewed three of the people that do the cooking, can't remember the series now but very informative, they make a good living out of it, they had all worked for some famous chefs and written for them as well
