How many people have tried getting on to their travel companies and still cant get anywhere?

Had 3 cancelled and no problem but 2 we took credit and rebooked

Also had no trouble with hotels booked and also no problem with a coach refund to Southampton for a cruise

I had a holiday booked with BA and they refunded me within 3 days of cancellation. I think I was one of the lucky ones though!
