I'm guessing mine's about twenty 
It's not as if my profile is long or complicated!"
I rarely do; only if I know we'd never be compatible and would waste each other's time. I'm not really one for censorship, so I prefer to engage and block as a last resort (be that on Fab or elsewhere). I've blocked a few for being super fetishistic or disingenuous etc. I'm perhaps a little too trusting sometimes.

I totally agree, but to offer some sort of mitigation on behalf of my fellow menfolk (although I don't know why), my usually considered messages often go unread let alone replied, so I can reluctantly understand why people send one-liners. Personally I only message people with whom I think I'd get on, so I waste minutes rather than hours, but it's no excuse at all for sending unsolicited dick pics etc.
BTW, thank you very much for the Fab in my pic. I've returned the favour in kind and I only wish you were closer, as you sound very much like the sort of woman I'd love to talk to  |

I am always blocking people mainly by mistake when scrolling up and down in the chatrooms on my phone. But only purposely blocked about
half dozen people over my whole time on the site.
Is that because I am very toleran or because not many people talk to me who knows.  |

None yet but the day is young. A weapon of last resort.
Wish that blocking had an integrated 'reason' tick box as sometimes we have blocked due to forum comments on otherwise good profiles. We have also blocked by accident. Can be hard to tell which was which! |

I totally agree, but to offer some sort of mitigation on behalf of my fellow menfolk (although I don't know why), my usually considered messages often go unread let alone replied, so I can reluctantly understand why people send one-liners. Personally I only message people with whom I think I'd get on, so I waste minutes rather than hours, but it's no excuse at all for sending unsolicited dick pics etc.

I second this. Whilst I am no Will Shakespeare but I have written some decent prose, without getting overtly sexy or sexist and just inviting ladies to talk to me. When you see them being deleted without even being looked at.... especially when profiles state “a decent message will be replied to”. Bit disheartening really. |

Pretty sure *he* would be the last to say that, though some of his followers today consider all Fabbers to be godless scum.
More likely it is someone to whom you represent all they want but cannot have. The only way they can hope to interact with you is by insults. Pity them.  |

If its people on the forum, I'll just avoid conflict. You can't block every vexation in life?
I can see there's genuine reasons for some, but keeping a tally as some sort of trophy count?  |

We have started to add notes before blocking, that way we can look at the note and remember why

More likely it is someone to whom you represent all they want but cannot have. The only way they can hope to interact with you is by insults. Pity them. "

I think this is probs the best way to look at it. As I have never been purposefully rude to anyone. If they choose to block me, I don’t really want to be speaking to them in the first place lol.

We wish there were more filters on fab. It would save us the trouble of blocking so many folks. We don't mind if people want to post close up gash and cock pictures, they're just not for us.
Currently block around ten a day, and have done for years. Mostly single guys with nowt but cock photos, but couples and women too that we simply don't fancy meeting.
Nothing personal, and each to their own. Blocking for us is simply the missing filter on fab. |

I automatically block anyone who's on here without their partner knowing or who only has cock/action pics on their profile. Of those who message me those same rules apply plus anyone who sends me dick pics as an attachment, sends a filthy or downright stupid message or fetishises me. Those who keep pestering even after I've said no thanks asking for reasons why or trying to change my mind, and people who message me multiple times in a short space of time as if it was the first time they've seen my profile. Clearly I'm not as amazing as you say I am if you can't remember me from 2 days ago... Same goes for shadow profiles that try to get around my filters. Will also block anyone who mentions drugs or offers of money in their statuses, ranty/moany statuses, or gross ones like "need my balls drained now" etc. These past few months have also been blocking anyone meeting or looking to meet, whether they message me or allude to it on their statuses.
In terms of profile views I'll block anyone who has been looking repeatedly without contacting and sometimes will block those 60+ as it just doesn't sit right with me... If I've been active on the forums then I understand and I'll be more lenient but a man the same age or older than my dad searching for women my age and looking at my half naked pics just makes me feel a bit weird.
So yeah, my block list is pretty long lol. |

I have blocked 5 today simply because they have asked to meet now.
I've done this to make sure I don't cross paths with them because I feel that if someone is prepared to put themselves and others at risk and go against site that there not the people for me. |
