New Polo advert when the dad sees his daughter go off to university...

Love it.

There was also a great one for John Lewis a while back when it mapped a couples journey together.

''Do the shake and vac and put the freshness back, do the shake and vac and put the freshness back. When your carpet smells fresh, your room does too, so every time you vacuum, remember what to do..........''

And

The series of Nescafe ads with, I think, Anthony Head and Sharon Maughan.

Must also agree with the Mash gets Smash, the Cadbury's flake, Milk Tray and the Cinzano & R Whites ads too. All Classics and often better to watch than the programs they were sandwiched between.

As for more recently, I love the one with the dog in the Dogs & Cats home who shows a video of all his tricks, then sits waiting patiently with his little bag packed, ready to go.

And the Specsavers ad for kids glasses when the young boy is trying to get his remote to work on his toy car, but the garage door is being opened and shut instead, repeatedly bashing in the bonnet of his Dad's car!

Does anybody remember the old Callard and Bowser adverts with the captured airmen being questioned by the Germans ?

They always used to make me chuckle

Oh and on that theme, the one with the bomber pilot speaking through his face mask and when he takes it off, his voice is just the same - can't remember what that was for though !
