I'm reading really depressing shit on the forum.....

Just got back from a run and heating up my Mexican stuffed pepper with cauliflower rice to eat while watching Netflix. It's delicious if I do say so myself but am now desperately wishing I also had red wine and chocolate cake!!!  |

I did it's super quick and easy, just quorn mince sautéed with onion, garlic, mushrooms, a little tomato puree and the old el paso taco seasoning mix. Stuff into peppers, bake for 20 mins and grate on a little cheddar. For the cauli rice I just threw some cauliflower in the food processor and sautéed in a little butter for a few minutes. Crazy but I actually prefer it to real rice 
I found a recipe for a chocolate cake which is only 50 calories per slice that I'm going to try baking tomorrow |
