You get used to it if you have it yearly. Will say this finding the movement to relieve yourself is the answer. I have to stand with legs parted a little and rock in a circular motion. Of course if I do it the wrong way I can be in pain for a day before I can try again. |

A lot of sciatic pain can be attributed to tight muscles around the hips and back. Try doing the piriformis stretch 3/4 times a day (YouTube it, it’s easy) I mean it’s no good if you have a spinal issue but for 5 mins a day it can be a huge helper |

Do you know the cause of your sciatic pain? I had terrible pain for a long time due to spinal stenosis which needed surgery and a titanium implant. It's best to discover the cause then treat the symptoms rather than the other way round. |
