What are you having for dinner/tea tonight?

I’m going to make a chicken jalfrezi and have it with rice and naan

That sounds nice. I need to rummage through fridge.. I had a nice and healthy lunch.. fancy something quick and uncomplicated for dinner. I have things which need using up.. like kale, aubergine.. we shall see what I come up with.

I often make a lentil stew and that always tastes better the next day.
