My colleagues dont treat me the same
I didnt get the job because...
That person always looks at me in a resentful manner.
Perceptions. What influences your perception of how others see you in the world the most?
Your insecurities? Feedback? Positive compliments or perhaps you never bat an eyelid and carry on without thinking. |

I think your experience of life and self esteem influence your perception of how others see you. I pretty much carry an unrealistic image of myself in my head ie taller, darker and waaay more sophisticated, anyway. |

It's a mixture of each individual's life experiences. Think we're all an amalgamation of our past and we use these experiences to form a judgement. Although we must always be aware that this causes bias in our opinions. And be open to change our own perceptions. |

Its a mixture of self esteem and life experience. Self esteem is a huge influencer for a while, but as you get older, life experience becomes more influential and you develop a "don't care" attitude. Huge benefits to ageing that the younger "wans" don't realise |

Feedback definitely - formal and the informal channels you proactively seek.
Experiences - achievements and mistakes, how are you doing , are you getting better with wisdom or keep hitting the same challenges you were years ago.
Insecurities - not usually they are often wrong or exaggerated / emotional.
You should bat an eye lid and not just plough on with your head in the sand
