Why do you feel worse for it and like you have had less sleep than normal?

I did, consequently been up since 5! Will be wanting a snooze by 11!

Since the pubs closed and planes stopped taking me away.... my sleep pattern as been all over the place ... I’ve never slept so much & do I feel better for it, No..

Yeah I had an early night last night.

Taking me longer to wake up this morning.

I think of sleep as a weekly bank rather than a nightly thing. I've put some extra sleep into my bank so I can stay up later the rest of the week.

I had a rest day yesterday. I came home from work and had dinner and chilled out and went to bed a little earlier than normal. I woke up this morning feeling like Mike Tyson had been working my body through the night. Typical

Im in a nice routine of sleeping from 10-10:30ish until 6am at the moment. Used to really struggle with sleep patterns so im happy with that atm!
