I might have a ly down with relaxing music on and my eyes closed, or take a drive somewhere new I can go for a scenic walk and let nature destress me. Or if I'm more annoyed than stressed I have a punching bag because sometimes you just need to hit something. A bath would be great but it always feels like too much effort whereas the shower is instant

I had a healthy dose of vitamin sea today I had a beach day with one of my best friends. My girl friends are such a tonic, they’re definitely the best way to make me feel better. I’ve been quite moody and stressed lately and just spending time with her, melted all that away. I’m a very happy and chilled bunny at the moment

Yes, a drive into nature, listening to music lying on the floor letting it envelop me.

I don't have a punch bag but a dance to loud music is my equivalent x

A soak in the bath. Sitting in nature just listening to birds or the river.

Depends. Sometimes chill with my hobby or a game.

Other times music or some friends.

But if I am downright aggy as heck. I go play airsoft as it’s the only legal way I can shoot people.

Fortunately I haven’t got that wound up over lockdown as the airsoft option is a no no

I go and sit on a bench and tell any old people who want to sit on it to “Fuck Off!”

It’s very relaxing.

Gym and run every day. Rock climbing, flying solo and tennis is great for my heart and soul! I do that at least once a month!

Me too

Or if I'm feeling anxious or stressed then a long walk or bike ride.

A good fuck helps also - but as a single I'm fucked
