The first 2 weeks of lockdown I went on a chocolate binge then thought this ain’t good now lost 6 KGs through walking 20k steps a day and eating sensible the wife on the other hand eats what she wants and never puts on weight
What’s other people’s weight up or down xxx |

It's pretty stable at the moment but I'm building muscle and losing belly fat so I'm pretty happy with where I'm at. I miss the pub but reducing my pint and pork scratching intake by at least half is obviously helping.... |
