There are lots of lovely forumites. I’ve been lucky enough to get lots of support recently from several kind and caring people.

Do you not think this kind of thread discourages newbies from interacting on the forums?

It divides people, makes those not mentioned feel shit and just stresses the point that there is a forum clique.
