As a young budding actor I once had to jump off a step ladder during a performance. I must of hit some damaged boards and crashed through them breaking both legs , arms, and fracturing my skull. It really knocked my confidence and I suffered with performance anxiety for years, but looking back I can see now ..... it was just a stage I went though |
