At the moment its violet gin though previously it was rhubarb and ginger Edinburgh gin. I like tonic usually though I've used all sorts as mixer. Had fanta lemon the other week which was nice and summery.

Wirral

Brooklyn gin with rekorderlig blackberry, violet and juniper. The lavender back note on the gin works really well with the violet of the cider. They taste like they were made for each other.

Otherwise Tappers Darkside with a fairly delicate tonic and a bit of thyme. The gin is quite savoury at the back of the floral hit, so the thyme gives it a really nice tang without being too overpowering.
