So I have been messaging women within a 20mile radius when they are online.....I figure they are more likely to see my message.
If they dont read it or read it and dont reply and then go off-line I block them and delete the message.
The only reason I do this is that I believe they are not interested and do not want to message them again and waste theirs and my time....
I have subsequently had messages from different accounts from women I have already blocked......just to block me!
So how many women have more than one profile?

I think you are being a tad impatient OP, if they want to reply they might not do it there and then, they might be in the supermarket having a cheeky browse, or sat on the sofa with their mum!
But the two profile thing sounds bizarre, can't get my head round that

I do something similar
Iv not had anyone rejoin and block me
I have known a fair number of the same pics return
Sometimes under the same name sometimes totally different
Iv even known some where iv suspicion the profile is not as it claims
Chatted, highlighted their hoax
Blocked or been blocked
The same pic returns and I've chatted again to a different person , blocked or been blocked again then yet again
Some profile pics seem to be operating where a number of different people undertake the character
Oh fab is certainly entertaining
I'm actually chatting to one now

If they don't read or reply to my message I wouldn't block them because of it. Women get a lot of attention and they can't possibly chat with everyone at once.

How on earth do you manage your searches
Gosh if I did not block then each time I search I'd have to trawl through 1 to 3 hundred profiles 99 percent of whom I either have no interest in or not interested in me

I have left message for a few days to see if I get a reply but I dont.....I'm way down the list by that stage.

My experience has been that if women don't reply back after reading the message there's slim to no chance they will reply back later.
The only exception to this is if you alreadly have a good rapport with the girl you are chatting to. Otherwise i think they have too many messages and it just gets buried under all the other ones. |

I do the same OP and have done for years but normally give 3 or 4 days. If they delete then definitely in the block bin. I've heard all the arrangements from as to why you shouldn't but reality is they generally aren't interested. Those who are respond.
Now the question is do you keep looking at the same ones in vain or focus on those who show interest? You can't have a conversation with those who don't reply, so chances of it going further are limiting.
Works well as a filter as you say you can spend a lot of time going through so many that aren't interested. |

I had 2 a while back. I used one just for speaking to women and had all males blocked on it. I think it’s only not allowed if you use it for other reasons or use both on the forums. Not sure though. Ones enough now  |

Don't you just feel deceived when you find out about a 2nd profile. I had suspicions once so I did some detective work and found they had got a 2nd one. But I was blocked on it. I only knew as I felt suspicious so set a fake one up and it was there. Same pretty much as the other but not just looking for one sex but both. |

I can't manage more than one profile, duno why people bother with more than one profile. As for not replying straight away to messages. Sometimes I quickly check, then when I have quality time to read, I re-read then reply to the people who interest me. So it might be abit too hasty to block women straight away? |

Ummm.. see I think blocking them if they don't read or don't reply straight away is going to leave you with alot of missed opportunities... For instance if I get a message I might read or or view the profile.. whilst at work.. thinking I'll reply when I can give it more of my attention.. if I thought that then went to message back and you'd blocked me I wouldn't get it... |

Just how much time are you giving them to respond? Five minutes? 30 minutes? An hour? A day?
Just because you are online, doesn't mean they are plus are automatically waiting for just your message!!
Put it this way, ladies on here get swamped with messages. One I know, recently posted a couple of new pics, and within 24 hours, had just over 600 messages!
What if in a similar scenario, your message was the 599th? How long do you think it would take her to wade through all of them to reach yours? Does she give up her life, her job, maybe her family, just because you're gagging for a response in ultra quick time?
Yes, it can occur when some females will be online when you send a message, but it can happen, they log out almost as quick as you have mailed them. It happens. Get over it.
You've only been on here by a few months so you have to learn to adopt Patience, more Patience & Perseverance for this site to work in your favour.

Let's be realistic here, if a woman has 600 messages and yours is number 600, it's an incredibly slim chance that she will see, or even be interested by the time she gets to read your message.
It could be the most entertaining message on Fab, but apathy would sink in long before she get's to read it.

Yep I can understand that.....that's why I only email when someone is online and only block when, either,they have read my message and not replied or not read my message and gone offline.
I'm not doing out of spite.....just out of the need not to keep emailing the same people several times.
Either way it seems that real people will never get a chance to find each other on here.....one genuine email drowned in a sea of thousands is impossible to find and to write. |

200+ women blocked with in a 30 mile radius......all of them blocked as they read my message and didn't reply or didn't even read the email....and yes I give them time to respond.on the flip side I have had six women who emailed once or twice and one who emailed several times.....but absolutely no chance of meeting.....covid19 or not.
So 3% response rate. 0% meet.

We have days where we get too many mails to answer them all, this isn’t our full time job and can’t afford an assistant to make sure that we answer every single message we receive. I can only imagine that it is ten times worse for the single ladies on here.
We tend to prioritise replies to those we are already chatting with and get back to the others when we can. We genuinely feel bad if we leave it a while to reply but when people get impatient with us it makes us not want to chat with them at all.
How long do you leave it between sending and blocking?
What if a lady who genuinely hasn’t read your message because she’s inundated reads it, likes the sound of you and then can’t view your profile or send a reply?

I can see the logic as I do something similar, if the deleted the text that’s a good indicator they are not interested, as some ladies change the username and photos I might contact them again so I block but if they read and not deleted then i will hold out ... noting person just don’t want to make the same mistake twice |

OP, if you're sending hundreds of messages 'fishing', then you are one of the reasons women's inboxes are so full!
I may come online to engage in the forums and not touch my inbox.
I may have time to look at only a few messages, and clear out the ones I don't want. As goodnight girl said, I also leave the ones I'm interested in, for an opportunity when I have proper time to reply - which may be some days later.
Admin fatigue on here is a real thing.
Even if I'm interested, I may reply and delete (knowing the message thread will reappear if we correspond) - or I'll never get my inbox down to get to that message I briefly saw from a friend before it disappeared from view.
I find Fab is often about good timing. There have been many occasions where a guy may tick all of my boxes but circumstances just don't work at that time. A few weeks later, the situation may be entirely different, so it's always work another message unless you've received a 'no'.
Also, should I at some point later have reason to prowl and say, notice you on a forum or through a search, and I've been blocked, then you will never know what you missed. Guys receiving messages is less common I know, yet has a massively high success rate and you're stopping women from contacting you.
Your choice - I'd be less keen with the block button, and perhaps use Private Notes instead and take it easy  |

There are many people want to meet op, just not at the minute. I think maybe you're being hasty deleting and blocking those women that havent replied, they likely have lots of messages and might still be intending to get back to you. Write a little something in the notes section instead so that if you look at a profile you'll know you've messaged them already |

To be fair. That’s exactly what I use this site for. Simply keeping in touch. I have lots of sex but then I go to a lot of events and private meets. I think that ironically you’ve hit a good point on the head. Not everyone is here to arrange a meet via the chatrooms x |

I have blocked over 250 because they delete or dont reply and I give plenty of time.....clearly they don't want to meet or meet me....
In that time I have not received one opening message from anyone....
So what is this site for or what are the women on here for?

Often ppl confuse "don't want to meet" with "don't want to meet me". Usually I find in the forum and chat rooms an approach of not trying so hard and just enjoying nthem for what they are to begin with carries greater reward if that's what you're seeking.... |

We receive dozens of messages a day, that can become hundreds if we add a new picture or video. Not only can it be overwhelming but it also becomes a chore when going through them all. We have our requirements in our bio, if we see people don't meet them we don't reply. Why should we? Because it's rude not to? It's rude to ignore someone's requests in favour of your own first.
Plenty of times we come on here just to look at the hot pics section, the chat rooms or to see who's local at that time.
This reads as a rant, I guess it is to a degree. I hate spam and plenty of the guys on here use copy and paste and it's incredibly transparent so goes ignored.

OP you come across as being bitter when women don’t behave in the way you want and within an unrealistic timescale that you have dictated.
You have massively depleted your pool of possible future meets because you have unrealistic expectations from a site such as this, especially during a pandemic.
What are you planning to do once there are no women left in your search area that you haven’t blocked already?

Sometimes messages just get missed or you're busy? I don't log off so I show online?
As an example, I messaged someone 7 years ago and got no response. A few weeks ago I made a comment to them and they've responded and suggested a social? Don't be too demanding! |

Do you not think that lots aren’t going to want to meet at present? Not just you, but anyone from here.
Why don’t you just stay and chat on the forums and get to know people that way and when meets start happening again, hopefully you’ll be already chatting to a few.
I’m curious too, if you chat to someone on WhatsApp and they don’t immediately reply, do you block them? |

Well since I only got 25 replies getting someone's phone number is even less likely.....but no.i wouldn't. Blocking was for my use some didn't keep emailing the same people. |

Why on earth would you block someone just because they don’t read your message first time op?
You must block a LOT of people. Many women, I imagine, wouldn’t open a message from someone who doesn’t have a profile pic! Xx |

Personally I block people whose criteria don't meet mine or vica versa, eg, not looking for men, bisexual men only, don't want married men, etc, so they don't appear whenever I do a search. I've also blocked a few people with rude or pushy profiles for the same reason. However I'd never block someone for not responding to a message. I'll ignore it and maybe in a few months time send them a wink in case things have changed. People's circumstances or needs change so keep all your options open. |

"So I have been messaging women within a 20mile radius when they are online.....I figure they are more likely to see my message.
If they dont read it or read it and dont reply and then go off-line I block them and delete the message.
The only reason I do this is that I believe they are not interested and do not want to message them again and waste theirs and my time....
I have subsequently had messages from different accounts from women I have already blocked......just to block me!
So how many women have more than one profile?

Why on earth would you block someone just because they don’t read your message first time op?
You must block a LOT of people. Many women, I imagine, wouldn’t open a message from someone who doesn’t have a profile pic! Xx"

Well since I only got 25 replies getting someone's phone number is even less likely.....but no.i wouldn't. Blocking was for my use some didn't keep emailing the same people."
I’m pretty sure if you mail someone and don’t get a reply, and mail them again it comes up with an automated message telling you so.
It would annoy the hell out of me if I was expected to reply to someone (if my profile was looking for people to message me) just because I was online at a particular time. |

He will be back soon enough, he may be more flexible next time though. Maybe he will up the search radius to 30 miles and give those lucky ladies a bit more time to respond (or not). |
