Check the packaging and avoid if it has high fat or sugar levels.

Why do people need to snack?! Is it just boredom? Just wondering, as that is the only time I do

I do a fasting diet (every other day), and on my fast days I'm only allowed 500 calories, which I have at dinner. But if I get desperate during the day I have a single caramel flavour 'snack a jack' rice cake. 50 calories, but tastes good and tides me over.

Good luck OP x

Oh "posh" fruit was and is my go to.

I know you said not fruit but if you buy exciting stuff then it's more fun.

I like cold potatoes too and sometimes used to make a free quiche or something like that.

Here, there and everywhere!

I've lost nearly two stone in just over a month.

However I wouldn't recommend the burst appendix diet at all.

Depends on what type

Of things you enjoy eating I snack a lot on seafood ,prawns crabsticks cockles mussels.

I also will make myself a meat platter cold meats cucumber celery make my own dip with fat free yogurt spring onions mint and some chilli.

If I’m craving more for sweet things then I will make myself a slimming world trifle easy to make and totally syn free for the entire bowl.

My go to sweets are jelly babies 1 syn each so not going to do any damage to your syns As long as you stick to 1 packet a day ...
