I enjoy a peanut Kit Kat too
I also enjoy looking at animals in their natural environment
and a good professional football match
Please list some of the things you enjoy.
Some of those things will belong to a more sedate time, a bygone era and a time when......enough of that bullsh*t...let's get on with it!

Simple things like sitting in silence with a cup of tea void of all technology. I try and do this for an hour a day...It calms the soul
Chips eaten straight out of the paper
Sitting on a beach whatever the weather.
Feeling the rain on my face
Laughing with a toddler over absolutely nothing
Garden meditation, connecting with the earth and tuning into an environment we have forgotten to listen too.
Seeing others smiling, especially when you're the reason

Writing. If someone writes well especially or from their heart.
A handwritten letter or card or note on a piece of scrap paper can mean so much.
The beach. It's my go to place. Soothes my soul.
Long hot bubble baths.
Cooking. I'm not great at it but I love creating something for others |

Chilling with a cup of coffee, preferably in peace and quiet.
The rare times I get to watch F1 on TV.
Snuggles with my daughter who is growing up too fast.
Those little glimmers of hope that suggest you maybe haven’t fucked everything up. |

Driving on twist roads
The feeling of sun on my face when it's nice out
A large cup of tea and a good book
Hearing and saying I love you to my family
Laughing and making someone laugh or smile makes me happy
Loads more, I'm easily pleased  |
