Just a bit of a slap and a shock, made hell of a noise though. She said they’re really good for toning, uses them as part of her routine as opposed to the only thing she uses. Given current climate any type of workout is a good workout. |

I bet.
I suffer with an historic back injury, weights tend to irritate it.
There’s a guy on YouTube, James Grage. cracking shape and he claims he hasn’t lifted for 3+ years. Not sure how true that is mind. His training vids are ok though.
I’ve done 4 sessions with them now, they give a good burn and ache the following day so guessing they are working something |
