Wipe a tissue 2 hours after you have showered and passed wind a couple of times.
You will find feaces has moved back into your lower bowel and a wipe with a tissue will show a stain of poo.

I make sure before a Date I am cleanly shave washed and scrubbed especially in all the private places.
