Friday afternoon what are you all up to right now or have planned for very soon.

Ok I wont hold back... I went for a brisk walk before work this morning and have been sat in sweaty clothes since as I have had back to back calls on Teams.
So as I have a gap for half hour I have jumped in the bath (we dont have a shower). Ready to go out for a run after work this evening and then bath again before I can relax.

Finished four 12 hrs nightshifts this morning at 6. Came home put my washing on. Cooked 2 bacon and egg muffins, mug of tea. 4 hrs kip. Just got up, now soaking in a Radox bath. Generally shower, but always need a soak after 4 shifts. |

Just climbed out the bath and now sitting on my bed naked getting distracted on here instead of getting dressed.
Other than that, lunch, housework, dinner, bath kids, drink and bed. |

Fabulous! I’m giving blood next Thursday (hopefully as last appt cancelled). T can’t donate as he’s had blood cancer & a stem cell transplant
