Hello my dear friends Fabbers and Forumites.
Sorry I'm not about much there day and apologies to friends if I have been a tad quiet.
I've been a rather busy chap with work and cycling. Maybe a name change ha ha .
How are we all out there ? I hope you're all coping well and keeping self and healthy

I’m alright. Been dealing with a lot of shit and negativity, but it’s all good up in the hood. Finally been referred for an MRI scan for my chronic pain, and been referred to the mental health team for my PND, so it’s getting better |
