Since lockdown it's been dreadful sleep after dreadful sleep.
Is it due to lockdown anxiety itself or is it more screen time to blame?
Probably a combination of both to be fair but if anyone else is having it too - you're not alone. I think it's a factor for a lot of people currently and I've really enjoyed using the forum during these weeks when I've not been able to close my eyes.
Stay safe, we are nearly through this bizarre period.

Yes I've had late night sessions on here too. But what I found does work is listening to a radio play on iplayer or getting Alexa to read a kindle book. |

Ear plugs, eye mask and a good blackout blind is the first thing to get.

Yep I have all of that, Ive had sleep issues off and on my whole life- lockdown just seems to have made it worse. It’s not just getting to sleep either- I have horrific nightmares too |
