Gym or hairdressers

By (user no longer on site) OP     over a year ago

I've put on a stone and a half since the start of the lock down and I'm not sure if it's from the length of my hair hair or the amount of fat I've put on.

Hairdressers is my first point of call when they open

What are you visiting first? The gym? Or the hair dressers?

I've been fortunate enough to have access to gym equipment so for me it is definitely the hairdressers...or sheep shearer, which ever is quickest

Barber. Anyone can do some form of fitness anywhere. My home limits me to pudding bowl haircuts or buzz cuts

I have a hair appointment on the 5th of August and my gym closed down completely at the beginning of this... Luckily I have been exercising anyway and have lost about 9 lbs so far and I still quite like my hair

I'm in two minds whether to carry on growing my hair now, still undecided. So more the gym for me at the moment.

Although I just want to get back to work as I may or may not work in one of those industries

Gym, haven’t put on too much weight, about 5lbs, but I’m, fingers crossed, going to New York in December, not going to be able to pull an American girl unless I put a bit of effort in!

Decided in December 2018 to grow my hair, so that was the last time I visited a barbers.

It'll be the gym for me. I've taken this opportunity to let my shoulder heal as well as it can. Haven't done any upper body training since xmas and I have a dad bod now. I'm kinda in that between stage where you can tell I work out but that I also like to drink and eat my weight in alcohol and chocolate!
