Think I'll have one for my lunch today after reading all the above.
Will have spinach, peppers, red onion, cherry tomatoes and some cheese. Would put chorizo in but having some with my tea instead   |

Pretty much anything I can find in the fridge that contains meat. I'll also add some onions and plenty chilli flakes to give it a kick |
