I am and I like go to bed late as well, what time do you go to bed? I usually go to bed about 2.30am. I like the calmness of the night and sometimes I also like to see the stars on the balcony |

I’ve always been a night owl, that magic sweet spot for a really good sleep is right between 10 and 2 for me. I swear my internal clock is on New York time |

"Always. Two and three usually. Nightmare when you've actually got to get up and go to work so that much I'm enjoying during lockdown. "
That’s why I work nights. |

Within my career, I've spent 35 years doing Nights.
GP advice in recent years has been when I retire, it will take me up to 6 months for my body to adjust back to a normal daytime routine.
Thus, these past 2-3 months have been a challenge; even now, I'm struggling to adjust, and find I'm still awake at 2am. |

I'm generally a night owl, but find as I'm getting older I'm getting tired earlier. Bedtime used to anywhere be between 1 and 2am, then it was 1, now it's nearer midnight.
That said, I do have to get up earlier nos than I used to, so it probably balances out |
